Please note - we are a volunteer run group. We have no paid staff and all our co-ordinators have busy full time jobs as well as a heavy voluntary commitment. Therefore we ask that you please make contact with us always by email in the first instance. Please feel free to use the box at the left.

We cannot respond to answerphone messages asking us to phone back long distance nor will we respond to random text messages. We're sorry, but we cannot help you with individual animals or small groups of animals you have encountered on holiday nor with bringing animals you find to the UK. While we care about every animal we deal with, we cannot help all, and importantly we work on a regional and "bigger picture" basis. Nor can we help with finding animal charities in areas outside those where we work (try Google or WSPA.org.uk ). We hope you understand the reasons for this.
